1. Service Overview

Memocult offers a monthly subscription where customers upload photos daily and receive printed Polaroid-style prints based on their subscription plan.

2. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically every month.
• Billing happens on the same date each month.
• Users must keep payment details accurate and active.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

3. Upload Rules

• Only one photo can be uploaded per day (plan based).
• Once printed, photos cannot be changed.
• You confirm you own rights to all images uploaded.

4. Delivery

• Orders are printed and shipped after the cycle ends.
• Delivery timelines vary by location and courier availability.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds after printing begins.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

6. Replacement Policy

We replace prints if:

• Items are damaged during shipping
• Prints are incorrect due to our error
• Print quality is faded or defective

7. Prohibited Content

The following content will not be printed:

• Explicit sexual content
• Illegal or abusive content
• Copyrighted images without permission
• Hate speech or discriminatory content

Warning: Accounts violating this policy may be suspended or terminated without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Lost packages after courier handover
• Delays due to third-party logistics
• Loss of sentimental value
• Damages beyond the scope of our replacement policy

Maximum liability:The amount of your last month's subscription fee.

9. Cancellation & Pause Policy

• Users can pause subscription before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation applies from the next cycle — not retroactively.
• No refunds once renewal is billed.
• You can manage your subscription from your dashboard.

11. Governing Law

These terms fall under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
