In short: everything we sell is made to order from your design or photos, so orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If something arrives damaged, defective, wrong or does not arrive, we replace it or refund you. The details are in the linked policies.
These terms apply when you use memocult.com, create an account or place an order. By doing so you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What we offer
Memocult makes personalised products to order: wall art, custom prints, photo books, retro prints, memory frames, stickers, postcards, magazines and Memories journals, plus gift cards. We ship within India only.
Orders and prices
- Every product is made to order or personalised for you, so it goes into production after you pay.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The total, including any delivery charge and add-on you choose, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- An order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and we send you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error or the content breaks the rules below. If we do, you get a full refund to your original payment method.
- Please check size, finish, text, crop and delivery address before you pay. We print what you approve.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). A gift card balance can be used toward an order. We do not store your card or UPI details.
No cancellation after you order
Because each order is made specially for you and goes straight to print, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Photo books can still be edited until production starts. Editing is not cancelling. See Returns, replacements and refunds for what we do cover.
Your photos and content
- You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every photo, text and design you upload, and that using it does not infringe anyone's rights.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to use it only to make, pack and deliver your order, to support you, and to show you design options.
- We will not print explicit sexual content, content that is illegal, abusive, hateful or discriminatory, or images you do not have the right to use. We may decline such an order, and may suspend an account that repeatedly breaks this rule.
- Once printed, a product cannot be changed.
Delivery
We print and dispatch every order within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 1 to 5 business days across India. See the Shipping and delivery policy for charges, tracking and what happens if a delivery fails.
Returns, replacements and refunds
Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, a size you chose, or a photo you uploaded. If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, is the wrong item or never arrives, report it within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you. Gift cards
Gift cards follow their own gift card terms.
Memories journals
If you host or join a Memories journal, the Memory Journaling Agreement also applies to you.
Our responsibility
We take care to print and pack your order well. We are responsible for the remedies set out in the returns policy. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control, for a delivery address or photo that was wrong when you submitted it, or for any loss of sentimental value. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be limited.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission that has jurisdiction over you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
