In short: every order is printed and dispatched within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 1 to 5 business days anywhere in India, and express reaches major cities in about 2 business days. The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We deliver across India. Orders are printed at our printing hubs in major Indian cities and sent by courier to your address. We do not ship outside India yet.
How long it takes
Everything is made to order, so nothing waits on a shelf for you.
- Printing and dispatch: within 24 hours of your order.
- Standard delivery: 1 to 5 business days across India.
- Express delivery: about 2 business days to major cities.
Business days are working days, so public holidays do not count. Delivery time starts when the parcel is dispatched.
What delivery costs

Express shipping and premium packing are optional add-ons where they are offered at checkout. Their price is shown at checkout before you pay. Your final delivery charge is always shown before you pay. We do not add delivery charges after payment, except when you ask us to re-ship an order to a different address (see below).
Tracking your order
- When your order ships we send you a tracking link by email, and on WhatsApp.
- Track it any time on the Track order page.
- If you are signed in, your orders and their status are under My orders.
Check your address before you pay
Please give a complete address: name, house or flat number, street, landmark, city, state and PIN code, plus a phone number that works for the courier. Because orders go to print and dispatch within 24 hours, tell us straight away on WhatsApp if you notice a mistake. We will try to correct it before the parcel is handed to the courier. Once it has been dispatched, we cannot change the address.
If your order is late
Couriers can run behind during festivals, bad weather or local disruptions. If your order has not arrived after 5 business days, message us on WhatsApp at +91 88078 93103 or email support@memocult.com with your order ID. We will check with the courier and update you.
If a delivery fails
If nobody is available, the address is incomplete or the phone cannot be reached, the courier may hold the parcel or send it back to us. Contact us as soon as you can. Once the parcel is back with us we can send it again to a corrected address. Re-shipping because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery may carry the delivery charge again, and we will tell you the amount before we send it.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but never reached you, report it within 48 hours as described in Returns, replacements and refunds. We will replace it or refund you at no cost.
