It's super easy! Once you subscribe, you'll get access to our WhatsApp bot. Simply send your photos to the bot chat anytime throughout the month. We'll collect them and prepare your prints.

What photo formats are supported?

We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC formats. For best results, use high-resolution images (at least 1080x1080 pixels). Our system automatically optimizes them for printing.

How do I connect to the WhatsApp bot?

We process all orders at the end of the month and ship them out within the first week of the following month. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, log into your dashboard to view your order status, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you out.

My prints arrived damaged. What now?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please send us photos of the damaged prints on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll send you replacements free of charge.
