About memory journaling
Memory journaling turns the photos of a story into prints you can hold. A Moment is for one occasion, like a farewell, a wedding or a reunion: the host shares one link, everyone adds photos from a browser, and each person gets a printed set.
A Memory Journal keeps going: a trip, a baby’s first year, your year together. Photos come in on WhatsApp or from a link and sort into chapters by date. Keeping one is free; you print a chapter only when you want it.
Groups with anyone under 18 can make a Moment too: the host confirms consent, the pack uses first names only, and we never send marketing to under-18 contributors. Everything is printed and delivered within India, and nobody needs an app.

What is a Moment?
A Moment collects a group’s photos from one occasion with one link: a farewell, a wedding, a birthday, a reunion, a trip, Diwali, an anniversary, an event, or a gift made by many people. Everyone adds their photos, and each person gets a printed set from the collection you chose.
What is a Memory Journal?
A place your photos of one story collect over time: a trip, a baby’s first year, a pregnancy, a year together, or anything else. You add photos any day, the Journal sorts them into chapters by date, and you print a chapter when you want.
How is a Memory Journal different from a Moment?
A Moment is for one occasion, like a farewell or a wedding: everyone adds photos once and each person gets a printed set. A Memory Journal keeps going, and you print chapters as your story goes on. A Moment can be kept as a Journal when it ends.
Is a trip a Moment or a Journal?
It depends on who wants the prints. For a group trip where everyone wants a set, start a Moment when you are back: share the link, everyone adds their photos, and each person gets a printed set. For your own trip diary, keep a Memory Journal and add photos while the trip is still going on.
How much does a Moment cost?
You see the price for your collection and group size when you set up the Moment, before anyone pays.
How much does a Memory Journal cost?
Yes. Keeping a Journal is free, and so is inviting people to add photos. You pay only for what you print. There is no subscription. Each print format has one price, and Journal members get 5% off it. The price is shown before you pay.
Who pays?
You choose when you set up the Moment: you pay for the whole group, or each person pays for their own.
Do people need an app or an account?
No. Everyone adds photos from the link in a browser with just a name. A Memory Journal needs no app either: photos come in on WhatsApp or from a link.
Can someone under 18 join?
Yes. Say so when you set up the Moment. It works the same way, with three differences: you confirm you have the group’s or their parents’ consent, the name on the pack is a first name only, and we never send marketing to under-18 contributors.
