What to send us
For any order question
- Your order ID, from the confirmation email or Track order
- The name and phone number or email you ordered with
If it arrived damaged, defective or wrong, or never arrived
- Message us within 48 hours of delivery. For a missing order, within 48 hours of the delivery date shown in tracking.
- Photos of the item and the packaging
- An unboxing video. It is required for damage claims.
- You keep the item and do not pay to send it back.
