Who pays?
The organiser chooses when setting up the box.
- One person paysThe organiser pays for every set, and all the sets are delivered to the organiser.
- One person pays, each person claimsThe organiser pays for every set. Each person gets a link and has a few days to claim their set to their own address.
- Everyone pays for their ownOnce the sets are ready, each person has a few days to order and pay for their own, and it is delivered to them.
If anyone in the group is under 18, the organiser pays and everything is delivered to the organiser. We don’t collect children’s addresses or payments.

What is a group box?
A group box collects a group’s photos for one occasion with one link. Everyone adds their photos on WhatsApp or from a browser, with no app and no account, and we print a set of photo cards for each person and deliver it.
Who pays for a group box?
The organiser chooses when setting up the box: the organiser pays and every set is delivered to them; the organiser pays and each person claims their set to their own address; or each person pays for their own set and has it delivered to them. If anyone in the group is under 18, the organiser pays and everything is delivered to the organiser.
Is the memory journal free?
Keeping a journal is free, and you pay only when you print. New journals open in batches, so join the waitlist on this page and we will message you when there is room.
What can I print from my photos?
Retro prints (polaroid-style cards, 4×6 photos and photo strips), photo books, memory frames and magazines.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Photos are added on WhatsApp or from a link in the browser.
